REESE property management charged me a $450 late fee for rent that wasn't late, I had to take them to small claims court to get my money back. They also required me to pay $100/month in lawn care (listed in the lease) but didn't disclose that lawn care would not actually be provided from October-March, so I paid an extra $500 for services I didn't receive. On top of that, they required me to ensure the lawn was clear of leaves, even though I was paying for lawn care. They deducted significant amounts of money from my security deposit, citing unnecessary charges. By that time, I was so tired of dealing with them I left it alone. Their customer service was terrible; they were rude and dismissive, and I dreaded having to call or interact with them at all. To their credit, they were responsive when items in the property needed to be fixed. I have never had issues with a landlord or property management in my entire life; I was astounded at how terrible they were.
